I have been able to rename dialogues but I am not able to rename a script. When I click on Rename Script, nothing happens. I can rename the top folder, but I cannot rename individual scripts.

Thanks for the report!
Yes, this is disabled becuase in v1 the user would not have control over the script associated in the dialogue node, thats why this folder was read only.
I don't think this makes sense anymore as we can link any script to any node.
I will update this, and probably remove the enforced "Dialogues" folder, although is nice to have a default place to spawn newly created scripts via the dialogue screen.
Will be live in .19!
Edit: Fixed it in 2.0.19
I just realized that if I have tried to rename a script before, when I click to rename the top folder, it actually opens the Rename Script window, as if it was a delayed action.
This is my structure:
Folder: Dialogues
Subfolder: Intro
Script: Opening
So if I select Opening and I click on Rename Script, nothing happens, but if I immediately click on Dialogues, then the Rename Script window shows up.
Hope this is helpful.
